Tidbits

So I was reading about the history of my new school and found out a couple interesting things.

For example, in 1962 the university asked the courts to declare parts of the Georgia statutes unconstitutional because previously, Georgia law had denied tax-exempt funding to private schools with racially integrated student bodies. It's true! Wikipedia told me so.

And when I went for a walk today, I discovered General Sherman's Atlanta headquarters not far from my apartment.
