I am fat

Fat with grits, and shrimp. Also fried okra.

I am slothful with southern cooking.

Everything was delicious but the grits were fantastic. I tried getting grits in California but they were watery and pretty terrible. These grits were buttery and warm happiness. A triumph in grit-ness really.

One of the few perks of being in the south, besides yeast rolls and pecan pie.
